Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items offered on Sorrino may be available as a subscription, pre-order, or “try before you buy” purchase option. By selecting any of these options at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive products on a recurring basis according to the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
- You expressly authorize Sorrino to store your payment details securely and automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations & Changes:
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time, provided the request is submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or disputed as unauthorized.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are not yet in stock or available for immediate shipment.
- By placing a pre-order, you authorize Sorrino to charge your payment method immediately, partially, or at a later date when the item becomes available.
- You agree that delivery timelines for pre-orders are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
Cancellations:
- Pre-orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled.
- Once fulfilled or shipped, pre-orders are non-cancellable.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree not to initiate a chargeback on the basis of delivery timing or availability once the order has been fulfilled.
Try Before You Buy
For “try before you buy” purchases:
- You authorize Sorrino to place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method prior to shipment.
- You are granted a defined trial period to evaluate the product.
Billing Terms:
- If the item is not returned within the specified trial period, you expressly authorize Sorrino to charge your payment method in full.
- Returns must comply with our return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
Failure to return the product within the trial period constitutes acceptance of the product and waives your right to dispute the charge as unauthorized.
General Conditions
- Once an order (including subscription renewals or pre-orders) has been processed or dispatched, it is final and cannot be cancelled.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate prior to completing checkout.
- By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and all related policies on our website.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Sorrino, you agree to the following:
- You will contact our support team first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
- Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of this policy.
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with evidence including, but not limited to:
- Order confirmations
- IP address and checkout verification data
- Shipping and delivery confirmation
- Communication records
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order refusal, account restriction, or further action where applicable.
